The active component of P-Force plus is 130mg of Sildenafil Citrate. This medication is used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. Erectile dysfunction is a medical condition where a man is unable to get and keep an erection necessary for sexual activity. This condition is caused by several factors.
The active component Sildenafil Citrate is a PDE5 inhibitor, meaning it prevents the action of the enzyme PDE5, causing the widening or relaxation of blood vessels, thus improving blood flow to the penis.
This medication helps men achieve erection with the presence of sexual stimulation – without it, it won’t work. During sexual stimulation, a chemicall called nitric oxide helps increase blood supply to the penile organ
