Malegra Oral Jelly is a medicine used to manage one of the common male sexual problems, specifically erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a medical condition where it is difficult for a man to get and maintain an erection.
100mg of Sildenafil citrate is the active ingredient of Malegra Oral Jelly. Sildenafil is a selective inhibitor of the naturally occurring enzyme called phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5). Through sexual stimulation, the body releases nitric oxide to improve blood circulation. Nitric oxide activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase produces cGMP that is actually responsible for smooth muscle relaxation in the penis. PDE5 enzyme breaks down cGMP. With the natural process of erection and the release of nitric oxide, Sildenafil inhibits the action of PDE5 enzyme in breaking down cGMP. This will result in improved blood flow to the penis for a stiff and sustaining erection.
Malegra Oral Jelly is manufactured by Sunrise Remedies Pvt. Ltd.
